Price the job, watch the quote take shape, and download it as a PDF — free, no sign-up, and nothing leaves your browser.
Discount a single line with the Discount button on that line, or the whole quote here — the whole-quote discount comes off the subtotal.
The quote ends with signature, printed name and date lines the customer signs and returns to accept it.

Private by design. The quote is built and turned into a PDF right here in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, there is no account, and your draft lives only in this browser's storage — clear it any time with Start over.
Everything a quote needs. Your business details and logo, who it is prepared for and by, a quote number, the date and how long the prices hold (the valid-until date is worked out for you), a reference such as a project or RFQ number, line items with quantities and rates, a discount on a single line or on the whole quote, tax, shipping, and the total. Add notes and your terms — deposit, delivery time, payment — at the bottom.
Your house style. Call it a Quote, a Quotation or a Sales Quotation, and put the title top right like our invoices or centred over a rule — whichever your customers expect.
Ready to sign. The quote ends with an acceptance block — signature, printed name and date lines — so the customer can sign it and send it back. Hide it in the Acceptance section if you take acceptance by email instead.
Numbered for you. When one quote is done, New quote keeps your business details, logo, currency, tax setup and validity period, clears the customer and line items, and moves the number on — QT-1001 becomes QT-1002.
Any length, any currency. Long quotes flow onto extra pages with the table header repeated and "Page 1 of 3" at the bottom. Pick Letter or A4, and any of 22 currencies — amounts are rounded the way that currency is counted (no cents in yen).
Download or print. Download PDF gives you a compact, text-searchable file. Its built-in fonts cover Latin alphabets; for names in Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic and other scripts, use Print and choose "Save as PDF" — the page warns you when that applies.
Is the quote generator really free? Yes — no sign-up, no watermark, no limit on how many quotes you make.
What should a quote include? Your name or business name and contact details, the customer's, a unique quote number, the date and how long the price is valid, a description of each product or service with quantity and price, any tax, the total, and the terms of the offer — deposit, delivery time, how to pay. This tool has a place for each.
What's the difference between a quote and an estimate? A quote is a fixed price for the work described, good until its valid-until date; an estimate is a best guess that may change once the work is under way. Send a quote when you can commit to the price.
What's the difference between a quote and an invoice? A quote proposes a price before the work; an invoice asks for payment once it is done. When the customer accepts, do the work and bill it with the Invoice Generator — put the quote number in the invoice's PO or notes field so the two match up.
What happens when a quote expires? Nothing automatic — the valid-until date simply tells the customer how long the price holds. If the date on your draft has passed, the page reminds you so you can move it on before sending.
Can I add my logo? Yes — PNG or JPG. It sits as a small mark beside your business name, or switch it to a larger one above the name. It is shrunk to a small copy for the PDF and remembered with your draft.
Where is my data stored? Only in your browser's local storage, on your device. Switching browsers or devices starts fresh, and Start over erases it.
