EasyPaperWorks provides online paperwork tools, free for individual professionals and small business use. The catalog changes over time: we may add, change, or retire tools, and tools marked “Soon” are not available yet.
The tools help you prepare documents; they are not legal, tax, or accounting advice. Form tools fill official IRS and USCIS forms for your records and recipients — we are not an e-filing provider and never submit anything on your behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for meeting the official filing requirements that apply to you.
Documents and text you put into a tool remain yours; we claim no ownership. You are responsible for having the right to use the content you process.
Use the tools only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent rate limits, or use the tools to create documents that misrepresent themselves as issued or filed by a government agency.
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, North Brookville LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of a free service.
We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
