EasyPaperWorks has no user accounts today, so we do not ask for your name, email address, or any registration details to use the tools. We do not run advertising, analytics, or social-media scripts, and we do not set tracking cookies.
Content you put into a tool is used for one thing: producing your result. Tools do their work in your browser where possible. Some features send content to our servers to process — for example, AI parsing in Text to Calendar may send the text you paste to our cloud AI (run on Cloudflare Workers AI) when your browser cannot parse it locally. Server-processed content is used to generate the result and is not stored — we keep no database of user content.
Bookmarked tools are saved in your own browser's local storage. They never leave your device, and clearing your browser data removes them.
The site runs on Cloudflare. Like nearly every website, serving it involves processing IP addresses and standard request metadata to deliver pages, prevent abuse, and enforce per-IP rate limits on AI features.
Writing to support@easypaperworks.com shares your email address and message with us. We use them only to reply and to fix whatever you reported.
EasyPaperWorks is a business-paperwork product and is not directed at children under 13.
If the product starts collecting something new — for example, when accounts ship — this policy will be updated first, with a new effective date. Questions are welcome on the contact page.
